Thai coconut soup recipe. What’s your tip

- 4 slices galangal or ginger
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1-2 Thai chili peppers, sliced (adjust according to desired spiciness)

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
