Material:

Minced beef (80% lean, 20% fat content is good) – 500g
Onions – 1/4
Garlic – 1 piece
Washer Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Hamburger buns – 4
Cheese – 4 sheets (optional)
Tomatoes – 4 sheets (optional)
Lettuce – Chapter 4 (optional)
Pickles – 4 (optional)
Ketchup – Moderate (optional)
Mayonnaise – moderate (optional)
Mustard – Moderate (optional)


Cooking procedure:

Chop the onions and garlic or chop them with a round-edge chopping tool.
Place the minced beef in a large bowl and mix the minced onions, garlic, washer sauce, salt and pepper together.
Divide the beef mixture into quarters to make a patty of the desired size and thickness.
Gently make patties with your hands.
Preheat patties to high temperature in a grill or pan and bake on both sides for about 4 minutes.
Melt the cheese on the patty, cut the hamburger buns in half and place on the grill. Bake the inside of the bun, too.
Remove the bun from the grill and spread sauce such as ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard inside.
Place patties, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, etc. on a bun.
